RDA CZ is a Czech branch of the Slovak RDA training center which was set up in 2007 in the Slovak Republic and presently represents a leading company focused on firearms shooting, innovative police and military tactics and other related professional skills. During its existence RDA succeeded in creating a high-quality program whose main strengths are up-to-dateness, progressive educational methods and coherent organisation. The Czech branch - RDA CZ has been providing the above mentioned training program since 2015 in all regions of the Czech Republic.
We strongly believe in the importance of balanced decision-making ability, as well as efficient application of adopted techniques and procedures - the key factors influencing the right assessment of a critical situation. A high-quality training simply MUST NOT ignore this crucial point. Any negligence of this aspect can be fatal. That is why practicing soft skills has become an integral part of our Training Programs, the gist of which lies in the following three steps.
Keep evaluating and anticipating what comes next. Look around you to see! Listen to be able to hear!
Use your brain – it´s the most powerful weapon of yours! Visualize what you´ll do next, if…
Apply the learned techniques. Obey the safety rules with regard to other people around. Remember that any reaction is better than none!
The goal of the RDA CZ program concept is to prepare highly responsible, self-reliant, proactive individuals.
